i can't download updates

    I have dowloaded the set-up file and when i open the laucher and manage to start update procedure, the program does't work on and no data is processing.

    How can i solve this problem?

    Rarely but sometimes this can happen and last for 1 up to 5 minutes, please if you didnt yet, can you wait for few minutes?

    If is still not working it may be a issue with the firewall that is blocking the connection, can you try to disable the antivirus or the firewall?

    Can you write here the path where is eyecad VR Launcher installed?
