When I export a model from Revit, it comes into EyeCad as a single block. I am unable to assign materials to walls or floors without assigning that same material to everything. I have tried to limit the model being exports but this doesn't help. I have also tried importing the model with just "Import textures" selected & then again with all 4 options selected within the Import settings. I even tried it without any of the 4 options selected. Each time I get the same result. Any ideas?

Hello David,
first of all welcome on our Forum. Have you tried to export the Revit file via our Official plugin? Our plugin is able to import every objects, layer and texture from Revit.

PD: Be sure to have a new empty project opened in Eyecad VR while you are exporting from Revit

Hey Stefano,
Yes I have used the official plugin for Revit. Is there a limit to the file size that you can import? I have tried splitting the model into sub components but this doesn't work either.

Hello david.oleary ,
it should not be any file size limit, especially with the Official Plugin. Can you please open a technical ticket here?
